Depending on the depth of your need for divine intervention for your individual need/situation - it's crucial that you allow the Spirit of God to make Intercession for you. You allow this by praying in your heavenly language (often/ daily) - because we are always in need of supernatural intervention from the Lord.

The flesh will always be faltered and weak; but, when your spirit-man is built UP through prayer, it can (supernaturally) overpower the fragility you feel walking in the righteousness of God and #help you to be more than a conqueror (all the days of your life).

Rightoeus decisions come from the stability of a renewed soul/mind.

"Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak."

Praying in your natural language is good - and there is a time and place for it. However, there are things you can and will only mature in by the spirit.

"But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper (Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener, Standby) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him (the Holy Ghost) to you [to be in close fellowship with you]."
